A car subscription is a service where you pay a fixed monthly price for a car. In the fixed monthly price many daily costs are included - tires, tire hotel and tire change, service and maintenance, insurance, guarantee, etc.
How fast can I get my chosen car?
Usually it takes three working days to receive the ordered cars.
What is the minimum susbcription term?
Minimum Moller Go subscription term is 3 month.
How much does it cost to subscribe to a car?
The price of the car's subscription varies depending on size and model. Moller Go has cars available for defferent needs. An estimated fixed monthly fee will be between 450 EUR and 1500 EUR. The monthly payment may not be particularly different compared to the purchase of a car in leasing, but the key difference is cost predictability and flexibility. When you buy a car, you're committed for years and when your needs and desires change you are limited in your options and actions. Subscribe to a car and use it carefree everyday.
Can I change the car?
Car can be changed after 6 month of usage. Commission fee will be applied according to the price list.
Insurance
Is insurance included in the price?
All cars have compulsory civil liability (OCTA) and KASKO insurance already included in the fixed subscription price. If accident occurs, please contact our insurance partner Compensa by phone calling 8888. For international calls: +371 67558888.
What to do if I have an accident?
If accident occurs, please contact our insurance partner Compensa by phone calling 8888. For international calls: +371 67558888. The Customer is obliged to report all damages, accidents, and technical errors or any other obstacles to the normal use of the Car immediately to the insurance partner and Moller Go by phone and/or e-mail and follow instructions on how to handle the matter further. If the accident was caused by the subscriber or caused by an unspecified third party, you will be subject to an insurance self-risk of EUR 600. There is a yellow or red warning icon shining/blinking
The Customer is obliged to report all damages, accidents, and technical errors or any other obstacles to the normal use of the Car immediately to Moller Go by phone and/or e-mail and follow instructions on how the Customer should handle the matter further.
Tire change
Moller Go will contact you to change tires. Tire change is carried out at Moller Auto dealer after it has been agreed with Moller Go representative.
The cars
Are the cars offered by Moller Go new?
Most cars are new or almost new. The year of first registration is indicated in the description of the car.
Which car brands does Moller Go offer?
Moller Go offer Volkswagen and AUDI brands.
